We are committed to paying all employees, agency staff, and subcontracted workers at least the Real Living Wage, as set by the Living Wage Foundation. This ensures that everyone contributing to the delivery of this contract is fairly compensated at a level that helps tackle income inequality and supports a better quality of life.
- Application: All full-time, part-time, temporary, and agency workers will receive at least the Real Living Wage, regardless of the length of their employment or their role in the contract.
- Subcontractor Compliance: We require all subcontractors engaged in this contract to pay their workers the Real Living Wage, and we will carry out regular audits to ensure compliance.
Monitoring & Reporting Progress

Quarterly Reporting
We will provide quarterly updates to the Authority on wage levels, diversity metrics, training initiatives, and subcontractor compliance.
Subcontractor Audits
Regular audits will ensure compliance with wage, working conditions, and health and safety standards. Non-compliance is addressed immediately.
Continuous Improvement
Feedback and performance reviews will inform ongoing improvements to our fair work practices.
